All college division alumni who completed their degree at Juilliard are eligible to an alumni email account. If you would like to request a Juilliard alumni email, please fill out the form below. After your degree info is verified and account is created, you will receive a welcome email at the address you provide in the ‘Recovery Email’ field. The email address will include your name and follow the format of preferredfirst.legallast@alumni.juilliard.edu. For example, if alum John Smith listed a preferred name of ‘Jack’ in his request form, he will have the email address jack.smith@alumni.juilliard.edu (or jack.smith2@alumni.juilliard.edu if there are multiple alumni with the same name); if alum John Smith did not list a preferred first name, he will have the email address john.smith@alumni.juilliard.edu (or john.smith2@alumni.juilliard.edu if there are multiple alumni with the same name). The username cannot exceed 20 characters and will be shortened at Juilliard’s discretion. Please allow approximately 10-14 days for our IT team to create/adjust your account and view FAQs about the alumni email program.
